Contract conditions

The price of the products offered for sale includes VAT and, for orders over € 100.00, also shipping costs.

Method of payment

The forwarding of the order, carried out by pressing the appropriate button, entails the obligation of payment to be paid by the Customer. The order must in any case be accepted and confirmed by Monica Gobbi srl (hereinafter also referred to as the "Shop") which notifies the Customer after checking the availability of the product. Payment can be made by bank transfer (and therefore by contacting the Shop for the appropriate information) or by paypal or credit card. Unless otherwise indicated by the site during the purchase, the transaction will be charged to paypal or credit card only after verifying the card details, receiving the debit authorization for an amount equal to the purchase price of the items ordered,

Delivery times and methods

It is the Customer's responsibility to correctly indicate the address where to deliver the goods and also to specify the subject or subjects entitled and authorized to collect the package. Delivery times are estimated in 3/7 working days, for any special needs the Customer is invited to contact the Shop directly at the addresses already indicated.

Right of reconsideration

The Customer who wishes - even without specifying the reason - to withdraw from the contract by returning the purchased good, must give appropriate communication to the Shop within 14 days of receipt, no later than the next 14 days must send the product communicating the shipment data to the Shop which will refund payment within the following 14 days and in any case upon receipt of the goods which must be perfectly intact and equipped with tags, labels and related chains intact and original. The Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have shipped it. Upon receipt of the return, the Shop will check the status of the product. If the item has been used, the Shop will be able to apply a deduction of up to 50%. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. For the refund, the Shop preferably uses the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has accepted another means for credit. Although not expressly provided for, the current general legislation on consumption and online sales applies.
